Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TripZaar platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TripZaar (“Service”), operated by Sync Dynamic Solutions (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TripZaar is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for vehicle rental companies, taxi operators, tour operators, and travel agencies. The Service includes fleet management, booking management, driver management, customer management, payment tracking, expense management, and financial reporting modules.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One account corresponds to one business entity. Sharing accounts across unrelated businesses is not permitted.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of TripZaar.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into TripZaar (vehicles, bookings, customers, financial records, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripZaar and Sync Dynamic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, allowing you time to export what you need.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
